Individuals and
families that train with consistency in our school can expect changes, both
physically and mentally. At first, the body will awaken with general
all-over aches and pains. As the day's pass by however, you will find
yourself looking forward to the stretching out part of class, the moving with
rhythm, the concentration on the smallest details of basics, and the ability
to just keep up. Mind and body working together, and sometimes without
thought... just response to stimulus (an attack). You may think you
will never be able to get it! But, as time goes by, most of the people
that started after you will somehow seem slow to you.
